We Prepare & Submit the application for you.
Visa and Visitor Record
Most travellers need a visitor visa to travel to Canada. A visitor visa (also called a temporary resident visa) is an official document that is attached to your passport. It shows that you meet the requirements needed to enter Canada.
A visitor record is a document that a border services officer may issue to you to extend or restrict your stay in Canada. A visitor record is issued either by the Canada Border Services Agency or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
STUDY PERMIT
Your study permit is not a visa. The study permit is a document that allows foreign nationals to study at designated learning institutions (DLI) in Canada. Most foreign nationals need a study permit to study in Canada.
Some of the requirements needed to submit an application are a Letter of Acceptance from the designated learning institution, and proof of sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay in Canada. Depending on your situation, additional documents may be needed to support your application
WORK PERMIT
Most foreign nationals need a work permit to work in Canada. There are 2 types of work permits: open work permits and employer-specific work permits.
Most times a work permit is linked to a specific immigration process. For example: LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment), Working Holiday, or Post-Graduate Work Permit, just to name a few.
EXTENSION - Visas
If you are already in Canada as a visitor, student or worker, you may extend your stay before your status expires. We can guide you through the process that applies to your case.
If your status has expired, we can also assist you with a process called “Restoration of status”. This process restores your status as a visitor, student or worker within 90 days of losing it
SPONSORSHIP
Canadian Citizens, Registered Indians, or Permanent Residents of Canada that are 18 years of age or older and fulfill certain requirements are eligible to sponsor certain relatives to immigrate to Canada, some examples are: dependent children, spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner from another country.
CITIZENSHIP
Citizenship is a very exciting goal for many immigrants. Permanent residents who have lived in Canada for 3 out of the last 5 years, have filed taxes and proven language skills may be eligible to become a Canadian citizen.
LMIA - LABOUR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT
If an employer requires to hire a foreign worker to fill labour or skills shortages on a temporary basis, they can request a LMIA through Service Canada. Once the employer has the approved LMIA document, the foreign worker can apply for a work permit.
PROVINCIAL NOMINATION PROGRAM
Each province and territory has its own “streams” (immigration programs that target certain groups) and requirements.
For example the Provincial Nominee Program in British Columbia offers different pathways to become a permanent resident in this province. Some of these pathways are through Skills Immigration, Express Entry, and Entrepreneur Immigration.
