  • • We offer the option of booking either a 30-minute or 60-minute general consultation. You can check the cost of each consultation on our “Book a Service” page.

  • • We pride ourselves on being one of the fastest to reply in the immigration industry. We typically respond to emails within 1-24 hours during business hours (Monday - Friday 8 AM-6 PM PST).

  • • The 30 or 60 minutes are personalized based on your needs. It is up to you to decide if the time you are booking will be sufficient to cover all your questions. As a guideline, a 30-minute consultation is usually enough for a general initial assessment. If you are detail-oriented and anticipate having follow-up questions, we recommend booking a 60-minute appointment.

  • • All consultations are virtual, via Zoom.

  • • While an initial consultation is recommended, it is not mandatory. If you already know the exact process or immigration program you want to apply for, please send us an email at info@aranaimmigration.ca specifying the type of process you're interested in. We'll be happy to provide you with an estimate of our professional fees after conducting an initial assessment via email. However, if you're unsure about the process or program you may be eligible for, we recommend scheduling an initial consultation.

  • • No, in addition to the French language requirement, Quebec has immigration regulations that differ from the rest of the provinces and territories in Canada. We are not regulated to represent you in processes specific to Quebec. We recommend checking the College of Immigration Consultants website to find an RCIC regulated for Quebec.

  • • Yes, if you already have a Letter of Acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution in Canada, we can assist you with your Study Permit application. If you are still exploring options, we can refer you to a student agency that can better assist you with enrolling at a College or University in Canada.

    • If you are unsure whether studying in Canada is the right path for you, we recommend scheduling an initial consultation.

  • • No, we do not offer job search services. Our assistance begins when you already have a Canadian employer interested in hiring you.
